LeaveSure (the “App”) is provided by White Rabbit Lab (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy explains how the App handles information when you create departure-check scenes, complete checklists, schedule reminders, attach photo evidence, use widgets, and purchase premium features.
Operator: White Rabbit Lab (legal entity as registered under Apple Developer Agreement and App Store Connect).
Support: Contact us via App Support on the App Store product page.
The App is designed with a local-first approach. Except for processing required by Apple system services, your scenes, checklists, inspection records, and photo evidence are not uploaded to our servers.
1. Information We Handle
LeaveSure is local-first. Except for data processed by Apple system services, we do not upload your usage content to our servers. We may handle the following types of information:
Scenes and check data
- Content: Scene names, checklist items, repeat rules, reminder times, completion states, and history that you create.
- Purpose: Create, manage, and display your departure-check workflows.
- Storage: Stored locally on your device; not uploaded.
Photo evidence
- Access: Only when you intentionally capture a photo or select one from the photo library as check evidence.
- Content: Images and necessary metadata such as capture time, attachment time, and source.
- Purpose: Help you confirm item status (e.g., locks, appliances, packing).
- Storage: Stored locally; never sent to our servers.
Notification settings
- Content: Notification authorization status and timing/content needed to schedule local reminders.
- Purpose: Deliver departure-check reminders at your chosen times.
- Processing: Handled by iOS system notification services.
Purchase information
- Content: Product data, transaction verification results, subscription status, expiration date, and trial eligibility returned by Apple.
- Purpose: Verify purchases, restore purchases, and provide premium access.
- Payment data: We do not receive your card number, CVV, full payment details, or Apple ID password.
On-device preferences
- First-use status;
- Free-trial start time;
- Review prompt state;
- Premium entitlement state;
- Other local configuration to keep the App working properly.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used only to provide LeaveSure’s core features:
- Save and display your scenes, checklists, records, and photo evidence;
- Schedule on-device notifications at times you choose;
- Show your next check in the Home Screen widget;
- Verify and restore purchases and provide subscription or lifetime access;
- Maintain local app state, migrate older data, and recover from storage errors.
We do not sell your personal information, nor do we use your check records, photo evidence, or usage habits for ad profiling.
3. Storage and Retention
Scenes, checklists, records, photos, and preferences are stored on your device or in the local container shared by the App and its widget. The App currently has no account system and does not upload this content to our servers.
Your operating system, iCloud, or other backup services may back up app data under their own terms — that processing is governed by the respective provider.
Data remains until you:
- Delete the relevant content in the App;
- Use “Clear Data” in Settings;
- Uninstall the App.
Limited local backup or migration copies may be retained on the device to preserve data integrity. Clear Data removes scenes, records, and photo evidence managed by the App.
4. Permissions
- Camera: To capture check evidence when you choose to use this feature. iOS will ask for permission when you first use the camera.
- Photo library: To receive a photo you intentionally select as check evidence. The App only accesses content you actively choose via the system picker.
- Notifications: To deliver departure-check reminders you configure. You can turn off notifications in system settings anytime.
You can manage all permissions in Settings → LeaveSure. Refusing an optional permission prevents the related feature from working but does not block unrelated features.
6. Tracking and Analytics
The App currently contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, does not track you across apps or websites, and does not use information for targeted advertising.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You can edit or delete scenes and use “Clear Data” in Settings to delete scenes, inspection records, and photo evidence stored by the App. Deleting a scene does not automatically delete archived inspection history or its photo evidence; retaking a photo replaces the previous evidence. You can also manage camera, photo, and notification access in system settings and manage subscriptions through your Apple account.
Because there is no App account or developer server, we generally cannot remotely identify, export, or delete data held on your device. Where applicable law grants access, correction, deletion, withdrawal, or complaint rights, contact us as described below.
8. Children
The App is not specifically directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s information. Minors should use the App and make purchases only with a parent or guardian’s involvement.
9. Security
The App uses the iOS app sandbox and file-protection capabilities for local storage. No storage method is completely secure, so protect your device passcode and Apple account.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as features or legal requirements change. The revised version will be available in the App with a new effective date, and material changes will be highlighted where required by law.
